When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time are prepared on the next business day.
Do you ship during August?
At Root & Glow, rituals include moments of rest. Every August, our team pauses to recharge and return inspired for the new season.
No shipments will be processed from August 7th to August 30th. Orders placed during this period will be shipped promptly upon our return. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to plan your rituals ahead of time.
Which days are considered holidays?

How long does shipping take?
We partner with FedEx for reliable service. Economy and Priority options are available at checkout, with delivery typically between 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States and Canada.
Can I choose FedEx Priority?
Yes, simply select FedEx Priority during checkout for faster delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $50. Below that amount, shipping costs vary based on your chosen FedEx service and destination.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unused and in their original condition.
How fast is the refund?
Once we receive your return, we typically process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I return opened items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Can I cancel my order?
We often ship the same day an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 60 minutes of completing your purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Place two orders of any amount. After your second order, we’ll send you a special code granting six months of complimentary FedEx shipping on future purchases.
What happens if I don’t order for six months?
Your free shipping benefit will expire. However, you’re welcome to re-qualify at any time by placing two new orders.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Root & Glow Privilege is completely free to join and enjoy.
